Moore runs a real estate investment company in Irvine, CA called Strattford Capital, LLC. In 2015, Moore and a group of former Stanford football players introduced the first virtual reality trainer to the sports world. Their company, STRIVR Labs, Inc. is based in Menlo Park, CA.

On the 20th of December 2012, the day after his release from the Seahawks, Moore was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles. Moore was released on the 29, 2013 following an operation to repair a back injury.

Moore was added for his Cleveland Browns practice squad on November 9, 2009 after his recovery from a broken hand he suffered during training camp with his team the Green Bay Packers. Moore was added to active duty on on December 5. Moore made his NFL debut game against his team, the San Diego Chargers, he took 6 passing passes totalling 80 yards, and was the top receiver of the team that day. After only five regular season games for the Cleveland Browns in 2009, Moore was the top tight end in yards and receptions on the year and was among the Browns’ top receivers. Moore followed that up with a strong season in 2010, leading the Browns in receiving just under 22 yards for each reception. Following the year, Moore signed a 3-year contract that is said to be worth around $3 million annually. For 2011, Moore lead his team the Browns by touchdowns in receptions and was an of their top receivers. Moore was let go to the Browns on August 31, 2012.

Moore appeared on Sky Sports Network in London during the 2014-2015 NFL playoffs as a TV analyst. Shortly after, he appeared as a studio analyst for NBC’s Pro Football Talk. In the fall of 2015, Moore made his FOX debut as a color commentator for the Oregon St. vs Oregon college football game. He recently called the game ranked as the 30th best of the 2018-19 season, BYU at Utah. He worked alongside veteran commentator Chris Myers. He is also an analyst for Pac-12 Network, working as both a color commentator and in-studio analyst.
